Our SUP Yoga classes are 2 hours long and are led by an experienced Paddle Canada and certified yoga instructor. Embrace the ‘Great Vibes’ and challenge yourself by practicing Kundalini Yoga while balancing on a SUP board amidst the beauty of Ontario’s waterways. Go at your own pace and allow yourself to be uplifted as you immerse yourself in nature. The most important thing is your experience! Classes include breath work, mantra, yoga postures, meditation and paddling. A quick tutorial will be provided before paddling out. Dress to get wet. SUPs, PFDs and paddling equipment will be provided.
